Tifa was still slightly shell-shocked by her introduction to Midgar and was barely even listening to the old man as he pottered around what must have been a nice place at one time or another but through the years of obvious neglect, it had been reduced to nothing more than a dark, dank, rat infested, seedy place. A place she had just bought with most of the money she had been saving, why had she done this? She didn't even know but she figured you had to take a chance once in a while, and this was her big chance, so she was going to make it work, one way or another, all it took was time.

" And the tour is over." The man's voice spoke from what appeared to be a basement of some sort, Tifa hadn't even realised he had gone down there and smiled a little sheepishly as she peered down the hole at him, she hadn't paid any attention to anything he had just told but really, how hard could it be to find her way around the place? It wasn't that big and she was a bright girl. He blinked at her from behind oversized glasses," You alright?" Tifa merely nodded her head, before gulping a little as the old man made his way back up to where she was stood, it wasn't that he was scary, more lecherous than anything else and she didn't appreciate the way he was looking at her.

She cracked her knuckles as he took a step closer to her, the leather of one glove tightening and squeaking just a little as she did. Tifa kept an innocent smile on her face, she may not know how to fight all that well just yet but she would hit this man if he tried anything, she was a fighter. The man seemed to think better of it and held his hands up,“ If that’s everything, I’ll be going now.”

Tifa nodded her head,“ Thank you.” She said more out of being polite than anything else and she watched as the man scuttled out, ironically with a few rats hot on his heels. Tifa exhaled a breath before walking to shut the door as best she could, turning to rest back against it, her ruby coloured eyes sweeping across the building she now owned, rats and all.

Oh boy, this was going to be interesting,“ Well Tifa Lockheart, you wanted an adventure, a challenge and you sure as hell got one, time to buckle down and get some work done.” With that said, she pushed away from the door, sweeping her hair back into a high ponytail before she set to cleaning up the place she now called home, it was time to shape her life from here on out.
